  • Very pretty!
Size: 3 Pounds
When they arrived, I was a little worried because they were a little crumbly and they were light gray. But when I placed them in the water, they became dark grey which looks really good. My fish tank turned a bit cloudy but then it went down. My fish loves it and everything seems fine... so far :) Also it was hard to keep them standing up because the water would push over all the rocks but once I got it secure, it hasn't fallen once. Also, they were a bit smaller then expected but not too bad. You can put them however you like and whatever shape you like. Overall 5 starts :) ... show more

  • Super happy I took a chance!
Size: 3 Pounds
Exactly as described. Arrived intact. Nice pieces, did exactly what I wanted it to do! I’m actually pleasantly surprised and would buy them again. I used cyanoacrylate to bond them in bigger stacks for my aquarium.

  • Good item! But smaller then I initially pictured in my head.
Size: 3 Pounds
Overall item is as described. Personally was taken back to how small item actually was, was hoping to use it as a basking spot for my adult bearded dragon. But is just too small. Might be good for a baby beardie or smaller reptile.

  • Not worth the price!
Size: 3 Pounds
Not worth $20. Smaller than described…way smaller and the width is maybe only 4 inch.. My dragon cannot fit on the slate at all. You would have better luck buying patio bricks from Menards or home depot for cheaper.

  • Small rocks!
Size: 3 Pounds
These rocks were small. I had to return them because had no need for the project I purchased for. The long “about 8 inches” was more 6” and the rest was small pieces just a couple inches. Still gave three starts because if looking for smaller slate rocks these are perfect otherwise.

  • Works Great
Size: 3 Pounds
As a teenager and a young adult I use to raise fish. Goldfish was my favorite because they got so big. haven't had fish since the late 90's. I decide to buy me some goldfish (Black Moor) and all I remember from back then that goldfish can pick up gravel in thir mouth and choke on it. I don't want any empty bottom so I bought these to line my bottom with. I thought one would do, but looks like I need a couple more, getting ready to order some more. They look great as a substrate. ... show more
