This jacket fits all of my requirements. I like that the waist ties are inside the jacket and that the hood unzips. The jacket is roomy enough to wear over a sweater. I like the snaps so I can just snap at the waist and I don't always have to zip the jacket up. The jacket is light weight. I haven't been in the rain to see if it is at all water repellant. 4.5 stars really. Took off half star because it does run big, even with a heavy sweater (which you’ll need in the winter), it is still too big. I wish I had gotten Large instead. But this is a great raincoat, it has kept me dry even in heavy rain.

This coat fits as expected and definitely repels water. It is thin and not warm but you can definitely put over warmer sweater or puffy jacket. The string around the waist is adjustable.

The product arrived in 2 weeks. I ordered M size, Navy Blue. I am 5'1", 127 lbs. It fit me perfectly, just above my knees. I had enough of room to wear a warm sweater underneath. The coat is well-made. I like that there are pockets, zipper and snaps. It's a good quality. It felt warm with a sweater in 50F.
