Easy to use. Very light weight. Affordable for just about anyone. Bought the right one first and it has been outstanding but when I opted to purchase the left one not so much. I have had two left units and neither has worked as advertised. Programming has been nonexistent. Supplier has been helpful so far and am waiting on a third replacement. Hopefully this one will get the job done. P.S. I need to apologize and say it may NOT have been the programming! My left ear has lost more high frequency hearing so I think I just did not hear the programming signals. Sorry about that!

UPDATE: They reached out and “bribed” me with a refund to take my review down…. This hearing aid is as small and unnoticeable as advertised. However, on first impression it doesn’t do very much amplifying. It’s either too quiet to hear anything at all, or so loud it’s giving feedback and tons of white noise, to the point where it’s downing out sounds around me. I did all the trouble shooting, adjusting the fit and placement, and still nothing. :( After about a day it began electrocuting me! No matter how low the volume was, any sound would cause loud and painful feedback and little zaps into my ear. Not sure if it’s the product itself or a defect, judging by all the good reviews. I unfortunately threw it away before i thought about trying a return or replacement. Ended up being a huge waste of money :( Also reached out to amazon to try and get a refund but only offers returns for this product it seems. I don’t think I would buy again

I have looked through many hearing aid assisted products, found many. Purchasing and then return them for there function and reliability. I have even received pairs where one doesn't work and others buzz. I finely researched and found this pair by CJL. They not only work great they are small and fit great. After using for a few months they are FA-BOLUS, you can not pry them from my position. and the price is great. My x/ " Miracle Ear " set for thousands $ keeps having problems. Why spend thousands more than necessary.

Bought these for my dad and it made the most annoying screeching sound at the slightest movement. He said he could hear better with it in, but the screeching noise drove us both crazy. He couldn’t even wear it for more than a minute. There has to be a better solution than this thing.

I was using another brand of hearing aids that worked fine but they were much bigger and noticeable. I decided to buy the left ear of this hearing aid (BLJ-J308 model) to try it and I'm so happy I did! This one is small and it's barely noticeable. The amazing thing is that it's so good that I can hear myself breathing! That didn't happen with the other ones I had. I really recommend this product!
