I ordered this bed on April 10th- estimated delivery date 4/24/23- to my delight, it arrived on April 17th!!! I watched a couple of videos on how to put it together. My 67 YO husband helped me drag each box to our bedroom (i did one at the time). I am 63 YO and actually put the entire bed together by myself!!!! My husband did help me flip the mattress. (Note, when you open the mattress box, do it on the frame so you won't have to lift the mattress from the floor as it is quite heavy) It was not hard at all. I got home from work at 4:30 PM. Bed arrived at 5:30 PM and I had it put together and slept in it that night!!!! So far, so good!!!!

I have a very bad back, two collapsed discs in lower lumbar. When I purchased this King size medium/firm mattress I loved it. It felt awesome on my back and i had no problem. 10 months later the mattress has gotten so soft, I can no longer sleep on it. I wake up with excruciating pain and can hardly walk. Called the company and even though it has a 10 year warranty, they will not do anything to help resolve this issue, so now I have a $2,500.00 mattress I can't sleep on without experiencing crippling pain. If you have a bad back, "DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT."

We changed our 15 year Tempurpedic bed for this one. It took me some weeks to find out thanks to all the reviews, that I wanted to buy this bed. We are in our mid 50ties, we are very active in sports, with normal wear and tear body aches, always looking forward to snuggle in bed and have a good night sleep. This bed is perfect for all that. You will not be falling into a hole in the middle of the night and you will each individually enjoy your reading, sleeping position, love the massage feature, the discrete light, and the USB chargers. Just an amazing bed!!! We are loving it every day so far.

We purchased this mattress and adjustable frame. We love the Split Head option! It is a little firm for my personal taste, but my husband absolutely loves it! We added a soft mattress topper and it made it perfect for me as well! Excellent support, quality so far is amazing! It is easy to assemble! Update, the bed's firmness softened a bit, absolutely love it now! Removed the toppers and it is perfect for us!

I really wanted to love this product, but its as hard as a rock. I do not have back problem so a hard mattress does me no good. My husband however who does have back problem loves it. I will not return because I do love the fact that I can sit up to watch TV without a thousand pillows. I will however buy a mattress pillow top cover and see if that gives me comfort. ****update*** took a while but my body got used to this bed. Didnt have to put a pillow top in it. Amazon sheets for this mattress works best.
