So I bought this bed 2yrs ago and I don't regret it. I haven't slept soooo good. Just like most of us we don't buy beds often and this one is top tier. I got the split king for me n hubby and he is in less pain and actually sleeps without moving all night. The charges work great i love the under the bed lights especially when cleaning under the bed. I put a sticker on my remote so we don't get them mixed up anymore lol. I like the adjustable leg heights, dont get me started on the zero gravity feature with the vibration.instant sleep. I baby sat my nephew (8 months)a few times and the vibration feature put him to sleep right away, for those new parents out there. Or started out think about it. Ok I have to say I'm 170 and hubby is 380. I've noticed dipping in both of our mattresses and Ive flipped them, but of course with weight, wear and tear it's still good. But there are dips. Get the insurance people! Im going through the process of getting the mattresses replaced and will update when I'm done with that. Worth every penny! Easy to set up, delivered early, the only mattress I can sleep on without waking up with back pain. Just enough firmness and softness! I’ve purchased name brand mattress in the past but could not find a mattress to relieve my back pain even though that’s the selling point on most mattresses. I love this bed and the mattress, so does my sister. She takes naps while I am at work but that’s the only time she can use my heavenly bed! Great price great functions! Absolutely the best customer service had this bed over a year I dropped on my remote onto tile floor and it broke. Sent me one for free even though it was after warranty and absolutely pleasant to deal with.
