I purchased this to help my chickens deal with Florida heat. I have a small coop and run that is 3‘ x 10‘ for three chickens. They love it and sit right in front of it. It starts running the moment it’s plugged in. It has held up really well and great big rainstorms.. and it rains a lot here. I never take it inside or unplug it. When hurricane Helene fully submerged my lawn it stayed underwater for several hours so I did have to replace it. I tried a different brand that was more expensive and supposed to have more watts. I opened that one and at once knew it was a bad choice. It was flimsy quality and hardly ran. I immediately returned it and re-purchased this one. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this fan for use in my chicken coop. I saw the fan pictured and thought, that would never work, but saw the reviews that had completely different fans that had great reviews and seemed to work fine so I took a chance. I was very disappointed upon opening the package and seeing that I got what I paid for, lol. The fan arrived on time , but is not what I wanted. It puts out very little air and stops working after a few minutes, even when the sun is shining on it.
