So far so good. I did find a way to jam it from operating, but I did completely overfill it. It comes with a stir stick. Gotta use that. Makes some of the best smoothies and milkshakes ever. Simple to use and clean. Plenty of power . Loud as hell but it's the sound of crushing the ice cubes souls and I love it!
