It’s solid. SOLID. Big old magnet. Heavy poly speaker. Very snazzy. I’m under-powering it now so I haven’t been able to really hear it boom but just from the moderate use I’ve had over the last month or so, it’s a nice speaker. It’s in an enclosed box now. Wondering if it might sound better ported.

I must say I'm very surprised with the quality sound of these subwoofers. They sound better than CRVs I had previously that cost way more. Keep up the good work come out with some competition and I'm grabbing them.

On top for the price it was not bad! It's about exactly what I expected! To compare it to a widely used subwoofer It's doesn't compare to the cheapest kicker 12 but would be great for someone's first set up for a teenager or something! It didn't distort to bad when I pushed it all the way to 800watts it moved some air around! I would buy again to set up for a home theater set up these would be perfect for that! ... show more
