I love this fireplace. Its really well made and easy to assemble. I'm 71 and other than getting help getting it in the door, I was able to assemble it in 1 day. It came in 2 separate packages 2 days apart. I have gotten complements from everyone that has seen it.

It takes a while to put it together but that's with all these things you get in a box. Took us about 2.5 hours. So now it's together and it has some chips in it. What are you going to do, take it apart? No, you aren't. It is supposed to be white but it looks like it has a hint of gray in it where the primer wasn't put on correctly. I had to caulk and paint it because the middle piece right above the actually fire grill is separated from the rest and it looked aweful. I painted it cream color and redid the grill in a copper finish. After the top mantle was dry I noticed a powder like substance on it that brushed away the paint I put on. I have no idea why it happened bc it was new paint. It must of had some kind of sheen on it that the sandpaper missed. I highly doubt that but none the less it happened. I painted the mantle piece with 3 coats and it still looks aweful. FYI, this isn't my first rodeo with painting. I had to put a doily on top. All in all it's a beautiful fireplace but you have to jazz it up to make it look like the antique piece they meant it to be. Would I buy it again? Yes but just know that it's not a put together, place and you are done tyoe of thing. It really needs some fine tuning. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Delivery came in two different shipments, just a couple of days apart. The fireplace is well built…a lot of pieces but the instructions were excellent. My husband was out of town so I put it together myself. We love it! It looks awesome, nicely crafted. (Crackling sound in video is from another source) ... show more

Looks beautiful but came damaged in the box. Also, the fire element is not super powerful like in the picture. The picture shows these huge flames and it doesn't have that. Also the circling of the fire effect element ... if you are in a silent room . . . clicks every couple seconds. Kind of maddening. You need to have music or something else on not to hear it. ... show more

Some of the wood was split, few of the holes were drilled to deep from factory thank god it was on the bottom so you didn’t see it, when second box came in it was damaged but I’m glad none of the wood was damaged on the ends, the arch at the top of both pieces are damaged from factory, I’ll never buy from them again ... show more
