Bought these almost a year ago and they were very understanding. They exchanged my broken Headphones for new ones. I changed my review from 4 to 5 because of this. But the headphones are pretty nice. The sound is very clear, the quality feels a bit meh but if you take great care of them, it won't cause an issue. The connectivity is easy and fast. The noise cancellation is great. These are exactly as described and arrived on time. They come with a dust bag and usb charger cable. Would be nice if the bag had a closure of some sort so that it can be used for storage. The sound and quality are excellent. I can not use earbuds or anything that goes in or wraps around my ears. These are a little big and fall off if I bend over. But overall it's a great product. Okay these are so cute, so comfortable & the sound is sooo good! I switched from the typical earbud style to this because I hated them falling out of my ears! I don’t have any issues with this set falling off my head they fit perfectly. These headphones are reasonably well made, reasonably priced, reasonably light, reasonably comfortable, and sound reasonably good. The battery also lasts for a reasonable amount of time. There isn't anything that really stands out about them, but they do tick all the boxes so I recommend them. It does have two standout features that I liked. There is a phone app that goes with them that allows you to set different equalizer defaults or create your own. This was very helpful for me as I mainly use these to listen to audiobooks, so I am able to really make the voices clear and pleasant. The other standout feature is the amazing Bluetooth range. The range is far better than any other wireless headphones I've had in the past, even through walls. The only bad feature I can think of is the placement of the USB charging jack. It is on the top of the right speaker instead of the bottom, which means that it is normally covered by the headband base. In order to charge it, you have to put the headphones into a really weird position to have access to the jack. I have no idea why they would do this other than it was easier for whomever layed out the circuit board. ... show more

These are great. The battery life is great as well 57 hours of play time. They come with charge. These arrived 2 days ago and I still have not charged them. They have about 30% of play time left. However, the only thing I would say is, I used to have a JVC pair. They were cheaper, had less battery life, approximately 35 hours of play time, but they sounded so much louder. I honestly need loud that’s just my preference. Bought these because I could not for the life of me find the other ones on Amazon. I had gifted them last year to someone and I missed them. Found them on Amazon today, but I have these now, a downside of the other ones it that the ear cushions would come off, really hoping that does not happen with these.
