I am still a beginner in tattooing and have been using these practice skins. One issue that has really been bugging me is that these skins do not hold white ink at all. So if you want to practice black and white shading and highlighting the white will not show at all. Doesn't matter the needle depth, type of needle, speed... nothing will get white ink to show up on this skin. For those complaining about smudges, just use petroleum jelly. Sometimes it can take 3 applications and wiping to remove all of it but it does come off. I'm only a month into it all and I am ready to up my game when it comes to skin. This has helped me tremendously thus far but it isn't serving the purpose I want to practice right now, white ink.

I have been tattooing for 13 years and I have allot of experience with practice skins I have applied a stencil many different ways to this skins and this has to be the worse single product I have used . It doesn’t matter how clean you make it what chemical you use the stencil result is always the same . Blurry and undefined though the ink absorbs rather quickly I would highly recommend not recommend this product for tattooing or learning of any kind .
