So far, so good. I had zero problems setting it up, except for one weird thing which I guess is more entertaining that it is a problem - it won't let me change some of the settings from UK to US. Other than that, not sure what else to say. Smooth operation, and it came with Windows 11 pre-installed! Nice, small form factor, and no noise from the fan. I have it connected to my 65" TV, and I mainly use it for browsing and looking up guitar tabs to play along with. It has no stutter, no lag, no issues. I have a microphone, an audio interface, and a keyboard connected, along with a pair of Bluetooth connected speakers and I installed a 2TB drive in it which was about as easy as could be, and it's connected to my home network via Ethernet. I would certainly buy another one if I ever had a need. I don't use it for gaming of any sort so I cannot speak to the how great the graphics or process are in that regard.

I couldn't believe how fast this pc is. Very small footprint and much quicker than the desktop pc it replaced. (desktop had more memory and faster processor but with regular hdd). Comes with just Windows OS and no loaded in garbage. Setup was literally 10 minutes including updates. Didn't lock up or freeze, and I was able to load in my apps and programs without any issues. The only thing I had to work around was there's no dedicated audio out, just mic in. I use a separate audio system, so I had to grab the audio from the monitor for now. I'll get an adapter for dedicated audio soon. Despite no audio out, this is an awesome daily use computer which should satisfy a majority of users that will use this for web browsing, word processing, email, and small to medium games including online games that don't require a dedicated video card or more memory. I had 6 programs running that use a lot of memory and processor and they were all functioning properly with some delay, but nothing like the pc it replaced which could only handle 4 programs with much more delay.

At first I was a little apprehensive about this tiny computer, but I was pleasantly surprised when I used it. I use my computers for graphic design and I use all Adobe products which require alot of ram and a moderately fast processor. This Mini fits the bill perfectly, I can run Illustrator, Photo Shop, and premier Rush all at the same time with no lag, very impressive. The only draw back is the number of usb ports, but that was easily solved with a hub. Overall, this is an excellent value.

Nice little PC. Works well as a secondary desktop for the dining room. Not used for major tasks. The only issue I have had is I believed to be tied to the box going to sleep. The video did not like waking up and at times the screen would go black and not come right back. Set sleep to never and I have not had this issue since. I would recommend simple browsing and basic desktop applications. Update, the fan makes a great deal of noise this early in its' life. Device is barely five months old it is a bit concerning.

There's a lot of power in a box only 5"x 5"x 2". Impressed with the ease of set up, plug-in and it's ready to go. One caution however, if your monitor is an older model with only a VGA connection (the one with the screws on either side) you'll have to get a new monitor with an HDMI port. HDMI cable included. Effortlessly connected to Wi-Fi, great value for the money and all the performance I could possibly want in a home office. Highly recommended.

I don't use this computer for gaming. Theres little to no tech support and so far no updating of any drivers on this computer. On the upside it sets up very quickly and easily. Finally I'm in the USA and this computer is a British setup. nothig wrong with that, the cost alone saved a fair amount of money just know there is no USA english setup. So for the money to have a nice computer, little setup to complete, it works well.

Just after few month of use, it operating system automatically installed the update and after the restart, it not able to start compiling some windows file corrupted. I have tried all the trouble shot option available in pc, like rest to factory , uninstall updates, restore to backup , but nothing worked. It such a waste of time and money
