So far, I’ve used the omelet ring twice on my flattop insert of my grill. The ring works well to contain the omelet. If you remove it too soon like I did in the pictures you may end up with something that looks more like a scramble than an omelet. The ring is easy to remove with the insulated handles. I do seem to have trouble with egg sticking the ring. I think it might help to oil the ring and preheat it before adding the egg mixture and I plan to try that next time I use it. Flipping the omelet requires a long flat spatula typically used on a flattop grill. ... show more
