This board sitting directly on the grill allows you to set a serving bowl or plate on it when you are scooping up the food to put in the bowl without it dripping on the side wings or the floor. Or trying to hold the serving plate with one hand. Works great!

I'm relatively new to outdoor griddle cooking but I'm loving it! This seemed like such a great addition to my Blackstone and I'm loving the ability to just chop up everything right on the griddle! I've also used it to set aside food that is done cooking but that I want to keep warm. So why'd I take off one star? Well, the legs are slightly off, so the cutting board has a little bit of a wobble to it. Not enough to make it unusable but enough that it's a little annoying.
