Heavy duty, easy to assemble and gorgeous. Who could ask for more? These took all of 10 mins to put together and I adore them! I weigh about 180lbs and i’ve been able to stand in them no problem to hand things up. For their intended use, they match my bar height perfectly, and are wide enough for everyone in my family to sit in comfortably. I 100% recommend this for the value and comfort!!!

I ordered these stools to be used specifically with an island table, and they were the perfect height. I love the velvet texture, as it makes it easier to clean. I have a cat who likes to sit on these, and leaves his hair behind, but it's super easy to brush off. The stools are sturdy and very comfortable. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase, and look forward to buying from this seller again.

I purchased the brown before another more recent review popped up in the same color — they described it as “poop” brown and tbh they’re not entirely wrong..I think of all the colors that one is the least attractive, and I will be returning mine. However, if you look at the swatches they kindly provide on the product page you get a much better sense of the color (I would call it “bear brown” in more polite company) and they seem like great barstools (also the covers are machine washable, which is awesome). I’m writing a 5 star review because they’re helping recover the cost for most of what I paid, minus the 15 dollar shipping fee — and also immediately approved my shipping back request and provided a shipping label for free instead of Amazon’s massively expensive shipping options. They initially offered to do a shipment of covers in another color to replace mine at my request, but Amazon made it impossible to locate the message and it’s just going to be easier to ship it back at this point and try and find a different style of stool. Buy them if you like them, you won’t find a better price for the quality!

The chairs are cute and easy to put together. I love that they have a nice bottom piece (plastic?) to protect my floor from the metal legs of the chair. I was missing a piece and it took a little while to get it, but eventually the company sent the part. I recommend contacting company through Amazon with any issues.
