Exactly as described, and it is blackout. Love it. Would have liked it to have it's own "base" so that it could be taken in and out of the window. Instead I made my own thin wood base and used the sticky tape (And glue just in case), so that I can take it in and out as desired.

Shade works well. Use serrated kitchen knife and cut through it easily. Also the sticky seems strong once pushed on. Used flat piece of wood that’s hidden behind shades to adhere this to. Works well.

The instructions aren't very good. They're very simple - you cut once and it fits. But that doesn't work for their instructions. Once I got it cut to size, it works well. Be patient. Don't hack away at it.

The item arrived defective. The exterior box appears to be too short for the product and the blinds had a kink in them that didn’t allow it to fan out evenly when set up. It looked terrible and was unusable. I am requesting a replacement. Will update when I receive the replacement.
