If you are looking to use a converter for SDI and HDMI buy this!
Once I learned that I could loop back out for reference I only bought the bi-directional. Plus if you end up needing it for a different purpose it will still work. The power supply is simple but also most TVs have USB out and a simple USB a to USB c cable will power these on, so it makes installs easy.

Great value 3G converter
I love that this converter came with the power supply, Blackmagic usually don’t provide power supplies with their products.

Great Product
Worked great for a mobile production project. Customer was extremely pleased with the video quality and minimal cable runs. This is one of the tools that allowed that to be done easily

Blackmagic stuff is always awesome.
BlackMagic is great equipment. I use several of their converters. Great little pieces of kit. This one can go either way. I am also pretty certain it can do both ways at the same time, so it really is two-in-one. Just make sure you get the power supply as well.

Very good product for the money
We use this to connect a broadcast quality camera to our computer for use on our Hockey broadcasts on YouTube. It is a reliable converter and very affordable.
