    • It is ok comfortable... but it is not a La-Z-Boy
It is ok comfortable. But it has been 15 years since I purchased a new recliner couch. My 15 year old recliner couch (still not a rip or broken spring, just dirty and sagging. It was way to light of a color) was that old style where the foot rest as it came up extended 18 inches. That placed my heel in the center of the foot rest. On all these new designed models the foot rest doesn't move out just up so my heel is past the bottom/edge of the foot rest. So my calf rests on the 'foot' rest. I find I have to sit on an angle and... well, agh!!! Now I understand the other reviews that say the material between the chair and the footrest gets stretched because you wind up digging your heels into the stretched fabric so that you are not resting your calf on the foot rest. Well it is a great price. It looks good. It works well. But it is not a La-Z-Boy. I suspect I will tolerate this for next 3-5 years. Oh, and one more 'back' note, my wife sits on the loveseat with her back to arm rest and feet up on the rest of the loveseat. The padding on the underside of the arm rest is none; wooden frame. She has to but a pillow to sit across, resting her back on the arm rest of the loveseat or the couch. Again not true on my old Macy's couch and not true on a new La-Z-Boy. But the La-Z-Boy set was almost $4,000 while this set (couch and loveseat) and 5 years in-home insurance and delivered wasn't even $1,000. I said I can live with $3,000 in my pocket and sitting a little twisted. I will let you know in 1 year if I stick to that, of if I purchase a La-Z-Boy set. ... show more

I love the color and is very soft and comfortable the leg rest are shorter then I expected I'm 5 foot and my feet are at the end. There is also a larg gap between the seat and back when you recline about 5 inches larger when you sit 16.9 oz water bottle for reference After 30 day seats are already sinking and flattening a water bottle falls through now and top of couch is uneven I'm returning ... show more
