The media could not be loaded. I am very happy with this Blackcow blender and have no complaints about it personally. As I stated in the product title, though, if you want more immersion blender attachments, they are not sold separately and I recommend you instead get Blackcow's larger set that isn't much more expensive (I say a bit more about that below under "NOT-SO-GOOD). GOOD * Powerful * Sturdy construction * Blends well * Easy to attach and remove the blending shaft from the motor body NOT-SO-GOOD * Heavier weight might be an issue for some, particularly if you're trying to blend a lot of food which means you might be holding this for a couple of minutes. Unfortunately, a different lighter weight blender might also mean more prone to breaking and will probably not be as powerful. * You need to keep the button (either on or turbo) pressed or else it immediately stops. I'm sure that's a safety feature, but it's still slightly annoying when your finger slips. * The listing talks about easily switching attachments, but this unit only comes with the blending head. Blackcow sells a different set (currently only about $10 more) that also comes with a chopper, a whisk, and a frother. For many people, I would say think about whether you might want to spend a little more money and get that one instead. The attachments are NOT available separately. You can easily find the other set from the "Brand: Blackcow" link which appears at the top of the listing right under the title of this product. OTHER THOUGHTS I ordered this to replace my previous immersion blender which was starting to fail. I use it very frequently in conjunction with one of my Instant Pots to make things like sauces and soups. My previous blender also said that it had about 12 blending speeds, but you couldn't actually tell any difference between them. I've read reviews for other immersion blenders where people mentioned this same issue so apparently it's somewhat common. While it's not perfect, this one is a lot better than my previous one about having distinctly different speeds (they all seemed exactly the same on the old one). You can hear the difference between turbo and regular settings and also between the different speeds. I can also see some difference in what I'm blending, but it is still hard to see much difference between the speeds. There doesn't seem to be a speed that really corresponds to low on my upright blender. So, it seems better than some other immersion blenders but still probably not as many distinct speed choices as an old-fashioned blender had. OVERALL If you only need this one attachment, I do highly recommend this immersion blender. It's well-made and powerful. If you have a use for a whisk, chopper, or milk frother, though, go ahead and check out the larger set from Blackcow. 5 stars
