Great product, super easy assembly, don't even need directions. Works awesome. Comes freight so be prepared to have buddies over to help unload or have a forklift. 460 lbs shipped but shipped very well in wooden box. Lift is what it promised. A lift, works well and simple to set up. Honestly seen reviews complaining about poor assembly instructions, and after getting the lift unboxed and in position (the lift is upside down in the crate), the assembly took maybe 30 minutes. Never even opened the manual until after. bolt the extension on if you choose, then bolt on the clamp and the stabilizer bar. If you have trouble assembling something this easy I question why you need a lift.

Read the directions before uncreating, they are super useful for that part! After you get it out of the box and turned upright it is all self explanatory from there! I am impressed with how easy it was to assemble and the ease and speed of the lift. It is super sturdy and well made.

The ramp is well made and it looks great. I had no issues with assembly, which wasn't difficult minus the weight, but the weight was just from flipping it out of the box and orientation it. Other than that, it's pretty easy to lift one end and let the wheels do a lot of the work. These guys shipped with Roadrunner. I don't know if that's standard with these guys or not. But the Roadrunner Freight company was a PITA. That's another review for a different company though. I love this ramp. If you're looking for a solidly built product, I would recommend this one.

The media could not be loaded. I think this approach ramp mod is absolutely necessary for Harley Cruisers and Soft tails. I know a better design is possible to prevent warping from weight because my red drop floor is so well constructed I need to use gloves to remove it after the bike is on. I can't ding for the table length because I'm using a Condor...also a necessity for the Lone Wrencher. Or can I? My Shipper, where do I begin? He was extremely professional and super courteous. I got the distinct feeling that my tip was perceived as excessive. So either he's not accustomed to getting tips, or he didn't realize the level of service he provided was most appreciated. People, a good workman/woman is worthy of the hire. My 500lbs shipment was hauled up a 5° gradient, then, over the lip of my garage floor with another 3° gradient, centerline, exactly where I asked. Amazon, you can't make good workers, you hire them. Bravo Zulu The foot pedal actuator leaves a lot to be desired in terms of how it works and its overall fit and finish . One should be able to apply air, hold air, and remove air instead of applying air or removing air. A protective cover is definitely needed. One of my next modifications will be a handheld pushbutton actuator. The side ramps are held in place by three steel poles, these polls protrude out from the sides of the table, presenting a tear and/or trip hazard. In my case, my beautiful Road Glide has a 4 inch scrape down to the paint on the saddlebag, reminding me to be careful around these polls. I decided to use some left over insulation from my truck bed cover to wrap them in Gorilla tape. As for the lack of cargo straps, apparently someone thought is was a good idea as eye mounts are included. I guess it's better this way, because like the inferior approach ramp, I would assume a lackluster attempt on cargo straps. I went with RhinoUSA. I should have gone with the ratcheting retractable ones. You may get the idea I have buyer's remorse. On the contrary, this product is a must have for anyone refusing to pay $150/hr labor fees. I can't tell you how more connected I am to bikes having done a little wrenching on them. They are really my bikes now. My wife hooked me up for Christmas, not liking the joy and pain of crawling around the garage floor. Now it's time to continue the process of making this Black Widow, my Black Widow with all those stickers I have. ET1(SS/SW/MTS) US Navy, Ret.
