The media could not be loaded. With the help of the instruction it comes with AND YouTube this was SUPER easy to install. I can’t get it completely tight at the base of the sink but close enough (me, not the faucets fault lol) this was my first ever time replacing a faucet by myself and it was pretty easy. The only install I ran into was the sprayer hose connected somehow got disconnected and there was water everywhere, so after I connected that back up it was all good. I also suggest running it for awhile and have a flashlight to make sure there are no small/big leaks from anywhere. ... show more

Aun no ha sido posible instalarlo, ya que el diámetro de la tubería del grifo es de 1/2 pulgada, sin embargo la tubería convencional usada en Colombia es de 3/4 de pulgada, y la unión entre estos dos diámetros es realmente escaza, seria bueno que se ofrezca como adicional esta unión.

Got the thing installed properly, turned on the water and the hot water started spraying everywhere. Took it back apart to troubleshoot and the inner hot water connection in the faucet unit is faulty. Poor quality product

Faucet is great when it worked. Only one stream works now. One day the nozzle decided to break and now only one stream is available on the nozzle. You can switch back and forth, but internally something broke because nothing happens. Still works, so that's good.
