Sturdy arms compared to original awning but struts are so stiff awning will not roll up without manual help while someone else pushes the control button Motor is underpowered or struts too stiff Also little to no slant when awning is open even after adjusting to max slant Update After submitting my review the seller contacted me and is sending a new more powerful motor which should resolve the issues Very responsive and I probably should have contacted customer service immediately. ... show more

Works but when got it all up and together and fully installed I noticed that the roller tube sages at the joints. Sent email but got no response back from anyone to resolve the problem. Don’t know if it is cause I got the 20 foot one. But it sages where the joints are.
