Absolute GARBAGE. I've owned several espresso machines in the past, and never once have I had as many issues with one. I bought this piece of crap for my wife for Christmas, and from the get-go we just assumed we were doing something wrong, but how hard could it be? You turn it on, wait for it to stop flashing, but it never stops flashing. We were hitting button after button and nothing. Then out of the blue it'll start making noise and bada-boom .... it makes a coffee. But out of 20 times of trying, you'll get one cup. I was able to get a partial refund, so I guess that's something. And heck, it's not even heavy enough for a boat anchor. ... show more

Me and my daughter have this machine. Only worked for about a year for both of us. The lights would just blink and never turn solid to choose an option. Would have to re start it several times to get to work. I replaced my daughters machine with the same one, hoping it works longer than the first one did ... show more

The espresso is good but every time the lights are blinking and need to be restart or disconnect power. You may end up spending 15-20 mins to make a espresso.

    • Makes a great espresso!
I've had this product since October 2024, and I have to say that I am pleased with it for the most part. I use ESE espresso pods, and it makes a really good espresso which is comparable with a machine worth $400. The reason why it is not a five star review is due to the machine often times getting stuck on warming up, and the buttons flash for a long time. The fix to this is to turn off the machine for 30-45 seconds, and then power it on again. I am not sure if many people have this issue, but if your patient, it is not a dealbreaker.
