This steamer works perfectly and heats up rapidly. Just one pass over a wrinkle is enough to get rid of it entirely. It is sized so perfectly that it's easy to use but not bulky. Although it can be tricky to fill up the tank, it usually does not leak once you close the cap. The media could not be loaded. Pros: it heats up fast and steams clothes effectively. Small and compact for traveling! Cord is long enough to make steaming garments easy. Cons: small reservoir depletes of water quickly. I can steam a shirt and pants and then need to refill. Reservoir design makes it hard to dry out before storing it properly. It takes sooo long to dry and I want it to dry completely so it doesn’t grow or smell bad. And it’s top heavy (as this is where the heating element is located) so I’m always worried it’s going to tip over and burn something like the carpet or table. ... show more

My fiance told me about this hand held steamer and oh my goodness it’s light weight, the cord is long enough to plug where ever and steam away, as soon as you fill it up up with tap water your choice within a minute the steamer is ready.
