This tiny chest freezer has saved me so much money. My apartment freezer was tiny so meal prepping was difficult as there wasn’t much space to freeze my meals mixed with all my frozen items. It was easier to buy slim frozen meals but now I don’t have to do that anymore. It’s the perfect size, it’s very quiet, and it does what it’s supposed to do. I did have to buy a fridge mat and a square wood piece cut to size to follow directions and not have it directly on my carpet but it was definitely worth the extra money so that I could keep this and use it.

Easily the best purchase I've ever made. Black n Decker Iis always a great appliance brand and it's the perfect size for a a small family. My favorite thing about it is since, I am a 1 person household, if I shop smart I can fully stock this and make the food last for 2 months before I have to shop again. I would absolutely recommend this to anybody. And where I live it's great on electricity. It only adds about $15 the my bill every month and it has fully paid for itself since I've bought it with the amount of extra food I can keep now.

Product was delivered perfectly. It works great and the size is perfect. The setting on 5 is the perfect setting to get it -18* and after 24 hours no move in the temp. Very happy with this purchase and the Freeze Quality is amazing. I looked at other freezers and the Value for Money is perfect. It has NO NOISE LEVEL at all in the garage and looks great! So happy with this purchase.

I was very happy with this freezer until the gasket got molded, after two years only. I thought that was a fairly easy issue to solve. I contacted customer service to change it. All I needed from them was the reference number for the item, I was willing to pay for the replacement. I’ve been in touch with them for six months, spending so much time in back and forth, and they’re unable to give me the reference number, which is what I need to order the new piece. Ive been to many local stores as well, but without the reference number none can help… I’ve been unable to use his freezer for months now, and basically I am told to throw it away and buy a new one, just because the customer service is unable to assist with this very basic request. I’m pretty disappointed, as you shouldn’t have to throw away a perfectly functioning freezer just because of a gasket…. This doesn’t make any sense. It is an ecological waste and a waste of money.
