Delivery showed up within the specified time window and brought the unit down to my basement. It was a straight shot from entry door right in to the down stairway, but still, it was one flight down the stairs. I might have gone for the "remove packaging" service if I'd known it exists. The unit was stood up on my floor right on top of a styrofoam plate. I am a small woman and I had to actually life the darn freezer to rotate it off the styrofoam. So far (24 hours), it seems to be working well. The shelves on the door are less than 2 inches deep, so not good for a lot. The LED lighting is great. I would have bought a freezer rather than a reversible one if I could have found one. I have no use for the additional fridge space. It achieved 7F within a few hours (without fast freeze or subzero) and seems to be chugging along just fine. Mine has the stainless steel look, and it looks pretty nice. The exterior surface is magnetic, which is a nice feature. Can't vouch for how many fingerprints stick to it -- it's in my basement so I don't really care. This appliance would probably look fine in a kitchen if that were the functionality you wanted. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Great Sub-Zero auto defrost freezer for the garage adjustable doors to either swing direction. Can run up to refrigerator temperatures if you prefer that but you can't do fridge and freezer just one or the other. Nice size shelves and a drawer.
