Easy to install and looks good. It took me (an amateur and a first time ceiling fan installer) about an hour to put this together. I'm sure people more skilled than I could knock this out a lot quicker, though. So far, it's holding steady and working really well. It can easily cool off a small to medium sized room. The fan is great. BUT my power box for the light went out, and the manufacturer stated the item comes with a 2 year warranty. When I contacted Amazon and they do not have any contact info. And Amazon customer service was NO HELP whatsoever. They want me to pull the ceiling fan down and return it for a refund. Or the representative said I can purchase another fan, take out the part I need and return the new product. That does not help me at all!! DO NOT BUT THIS FAN UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN!!!!
