- ELEVATE YOUR OVERLANDING EXPERIENCE TO NEW HEIGHTSThe name "Bivvyy" is derived from the common term for extreme weather camping shelters in North America. BENEHIKE Bivvyy V2 is a hybrid side-opening rooftop tent set up in just 1 minute. Its streamlined, aerodynamic polymer cover minimizes wind resistance while driving, reducing MPG loss and aiding tent towing with the passenger side open
- PREMIUM QUALITYThe Bivvyy V2 hard shell rooftop tent features a 600D tear-resistant body material and a 420 Oxford tear-resistant, waterproof rainfly with a 280GSM cotton layer for added insulation, boasting a water pressure resistance of PU 4000MM. Its hard shell is waterproof and made from a single-piece polymer, ensuring durability. All latches and hardware are made of aerospace-grade 304 stainless steel. The 96-inch ladder is constructed from aluminum with a durable powder-coated finish
- EASY INSTALLATIONThe installation channel is user-friendly, adjustable, aluminum-made, and pre-assembled, making the installation of your Bivvyy V2 tent a breeze. The waterproof seals are military-grade, and they can be closed using ballistic nylon pull straps. The base is insulated with an anti-condensation mat under the mattress
- PROVIDE AMPLE SPACE FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILYWith one of the largest sleeping areas on the market at 83" x 83", the durable one-piece hard shell adheres to aerodynamic principles and is easy to use with its 4 user-friendly latches. Once released, the rooftop tent opens from the top and flips the bottom to unfold the mattress

We love it! One of our best Overlanding purchases!
What a pleasure this tent has been. Used several times and the quality has not faltered. Set up and closure is easy. We are still learning but it has worked perfectly for us. We purchased an extra inflatable mattress in addition to the pad and the comfort is great. Ventilation is easy and helps control any inside moisture. Great purchase and recommended.

Poor customer service
If you order from this company don't expect any help from their customer service. Honestly I think their customer service doesn't exist. The tent quality seems good. Easy setup, it is waterproof. Their setup instruction needs some help. If the company would have tried to contact me back about the shipping of the item I would have given them a better rating, but right now I have no idea if they will honor the warranty on the tent, because they will not contact me. So buyer beware!

No T rails as advertised and no customer support
Color: 3 Person
The tent is nice and seems to be of the same quality as most other rtt’s I’ve seen. It arrived undamaged unlike others who have posted reviews. My biggest complaint is that the video said the new version came with T-rails on both sides for mounting cross bars. However, it only has a rail on one side for the latches (see images, the last is a screenshot of their video showing the rails and cross bars). I have called, emailed, and used their website chat and received no response from them. So, as others have said, if you have any issues don’t expect them to stand behind their product.

Benehike 3 person RTT
Color: 3 Person
Overall very pleased with this purchase. Initially I was concerned that the order was immediately marked as shipped, but the shipper didn't have any record of the tracking number I was given. When I called Benehike, I received a recording saying they weren't taking calls. When I brought up this concern Benehike almost immediately provided me with their shipping invoice and explained that the tracking number would change once Estes Shipping picked up the item. It would have been nice if this was better explained initially and if my card was not charged until it actually shipped. In the end though, Benehike has proven to be a very responsive seller. Upon receiving the tent I was pleased to see that it seemed very well-constructed. There were some nice details I was not expecting such as locking straps, rubber coated mounting bars that won't damage my expensive Yakima roof rack and a black ladder that looks much better than the typical silver. Tent material seems to be very solid canvas and is a nice grey color. This is definitely a very solidly-built tent, and may be a little on the heavy side. Once mounted on the roof however, I was impressed to see that there was little if any wind noise. I would have expected much more given its size. Time will tell what the reduction in MPG is. I'm guessing around 1-2 mpg. Use and setup has proven to be quite simple. It's so much easier than the soft cover RTT I had previously. I no longer have to climb on top to undo straps, unzip zippers etc. Just unlock the straps from the side and let it rise. I'm short at 5'6" and still have to open a door to step on the sill to reach the ladder, but once I do that and fully open it, then it's almost done and all that's left is to put the rainfly rods in. Super easy comparatively. Take down is almost as easy, with the only additional step in reverse is tucking the fabric in at both ends. Overall I feel like this tent is a great value. I look forward to making many memories with it!

Huge tent, huge value.
Color: 4+ Person
I bought the 4 person Bivvyy and it is huge. The bed is comfy and the quality seems better than expected, for the price. I think this has to be the best low $ big RTT.

Delivered and Arrived Damaged
Color: 3 Person
The media could not be loaded. The product came in damaged off the truck. After taking off all the wrapping, you can see a huge dent that looks like the forklift had hit it or tried to pick it up from there and there are scratches along side the shell cover as well. Inside you can see the dent by it was to dark to take a photo of it.

Expect defects! But very comfortable.
For the price i was worried because on the benehike website there alot more expensive. However reading reviews ive come to believe these are there defect models so expect some level of dents. Mine had 3 dents but for the amount you save on this brand i didnt mind because there on top in the middle and do not affect function in any way. The benehike design is pretty smooth overall comes with the mounting equipment as well ladder and sleeping pad with usb light strip. As ive stated befor if you go into this expecting some level of defects you will be more then happy with it.

Vibration when driving on the road - arrived damaged
The media could not be loaded. Given the size and weight of the item, the cardboard box is not enough to protect it during shipment. They offered a small refund which I believe was not enough for the damage. A replacement tent would require a lot of time and effort to return the damaged one and wait for a new one to arrive. The tent produces loud vibration rattling when driving on the road. It requires dampening material to silence it. Manufacturer did not consider this on the design.
