I'm very impressed with this water flosser! It charged quickly using the included cable, which has a USB connector on one end and a proprietary 3.5mm plug on the other that fits into the unit. There was some splashing initially, but that's to be expected since this was my first time using a water flosser. It took a little practice to get used to, but it did an excellent job of removing food particles between my teeth – I'd say it got about 95% of them. There were still a few bits in very hard-to-reach areas, so I'll likely continue to floss alongside using the water flosser for those spots, just to be safe. The instructions were clear and informative. I especially appreciated the advice to avoid aiming the water directly at the gums, which makes sense given the strong water pressure (and I wasn't even using the highest setting!). The included braces tip was a nice touch – I'll definitely use that when my kids get braces.

This is by far one of my favorite oral hygiene tools. Using it is intuitive, though some hands-on experience with a new tool is always a learning process. Make sure the tip of the nozzle is in your mouth before hitting the power button, or you'll be shooting little jets of water everywhere. The intensity starts out very mild and incrementally goes up to setting 5. Setting 5 is very powerful, so you'll want to take care not to damage your gums with prolonged jet exposure. I found that setting 3 is my daily use number, and it gets the job done 100% of the time.

So this thing works great. It came with multiple tips to use. The pump can create alot of pressure. It cleaned out my teeth quite quickly. Only concern is where you fill it up if that will break off at some point but that could just be my nature. If you use this daily it should stay fresh , but I dried it out anyway, used a paper towel and ran pump til it just pumped air. Nice storage case as well.

As soon as I set this water flosser up, I knew it was going to replace my old one (I'll use the old one as a backup). The gold around the buttons is very classy and chic, and there are a lot of different settings - I've played with most of them and it does a fantastic job of getting things out of my teeth. The spray heads are not the same size as my old flosser - I don't know which one is proprietary, but just keep that in mind if you have leftover nozzles you think you can still use. Maybe they'll fit, maybe they won't. Regardless, I'm very glad I ordered this flosser and it is now my primary flosser.
