This is a really solid product. It works great for seasoning meat and makes it easy to pull food off the grill and trim or cut it right in the same container. The only downside is that the lid doesn’t lock. Most of the time that’s not an issue, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable transporting anything with liquid in it. The larger size is perfect for steaks, pork loins, and similar cuts. I’ll likely buy another one for larger cuts of meat, but I’ll probably look for a brand with a locking lid.ellent product. So larger brisket will have plenty of room. As well my husband who has 2 eggs out there and a stand up. He feeds the whole family.
