Just make sure you’re aware it can tangle easily so you need to brush it gently and before and after each use and handle it with care so the softness and frizz-free look lasts. Served its purpose but definitely not the best quality. In other words you get what you pay for. Clip quality was decent. The look that I was trying to achieve the fullness was perfect. Very nice pony wrap. The hair was soft and beautiful. I got the black. My hair is also long but I wanted a more dramatic look for a red carpet. I got the 28 inches and it was a little hard to secure on my own pony at first. It is heavy so after a 5 hour event, my head hurt and I had to secure with more Bobby pins then I thought. But hey, no pain no gain so I didn’t mind. I wouldn’t wear it everyday though bc of the weight/Bobby pin securing/slight head pain from needing it to be so tight. For special events, definitely. Maybe a shorter length will be less heavy. Everyone thought it was my real hair and exclaimed how much my hair has grown since they last saw me :) great product for price point. ... show more

I absolutely love this product. Bought for a rapunzel costume and I promise to add photos with the final look, but I just received it today and I love it. The hair is quality and realistic looking. Not too shiny or too “perfect”. The hair is also very easy to brush and detangle. My first time buying hair like this and for the price it’s def worth it. With proper care I can see this product lasting a very long time. Update: Still love this product and it’s still so soft. Because I brush it often, I’ve noticed it beginning to shed more. But like I said for someone who knows how to take care of synthetic hair, I’m sure this would last a long longer. I braided the extension with my real hair and added flowers for the perfect Rapunzel look. Even though it was slightly lighter than my natural brown hair.. the ponytail so soft, takes 5 minutes to put it. I have curly hair but slicked back my hair to make it look straight. The colors are super pretty, I got the one with highlights in it. It does tangle but as with all hair extensions... i dont really think thats a negative its just what you deal with when you get hair extensions. A lot of people seemed to be annoyed by the tangling. Anyway, totally love it, would recommend. I almost spent $80-130 on ponytail from hair websites but honestly dont see how it couldve gotten much better. The ONLY thing that could be better is that the circumference could be bigger. I couldnt get the velcro to reach the other end. Also the lace part is so big that when you wrap it it kind of sticks out and adds a weird shape to the ponytail. Not a reason to avoid buying though. ... show more

So when I opened it , was super soft and very very long . I watched the how to video on how to clip the hair in . After several attempts I was successful. Much to my surprise it was hard to wrap the hair . The hair was sticking to the Velcro and was very easily tangled but for the price was worth a try . It just didn’t work for me . I had issues wrapping the hair and ended up with a tangled mess . The color was beautiful . I kinda felt like Madonna I’m in my late 30s so it was a bust for me . With that being said I’m sure it looks lovely on other people . I didn’t like the Velcro wrap or the wrapping of the hair . It looked like a hot mess . I am trying to figure out what I want to be for Halloween because I do a little dress up to make my son happy every year. Decided to do setting with long hair but still don't know what I want to be. Found this for $10 and I wouldn't say it looks natural or as thick as the picture but it's way better quality than what I would by in the store and cheaper! If your wearing it just to go out I would say rub a little baby powder on your hands and run it through the hair to get rid of the synthetic shine. Just tried it today when I got it to see how it stayed in and it stays in well but you have to put it a little more in front of the actual pony tail because the clip is cheap and the black under gaurd doesn't really lay flat so you might have to adjust it while wearing it. Again I only plan on wearing it for Halloween but I can see it being worn on a night that I want I want to dress up. 4 out of 5 stars just because of the clip and the way it lays. It does shed a little too but it's cheap so that's expected. Overall well worth the ten bucks! ... show more
