I bought these for a trip to Acadia National Park. They were great for birding and the peregrine falcon watch! They’re a little on the heavier side. I really didn’t mind, but my fiancée didn’t like them because of it. They go on sale pretty often, and I think it’s a great deal!

Granted, these are on the more inexpensive side as far as binoculars go, I got these to compliment a pair of 10x42 binoculars I already have. My understanding is that 20x should be twice as much zoom as a 10x, so why when I view at the same distance with each set of binoculars the 10x offers a more detailed, larger visual of what I'm looking at than 20x? Don't get me wrong, these are a good pair of budget binoculars but they feel more like 8x than 20x in my opinion.

I wouldn't stair too long at one object on a Sunny Day, keep binoculars moving around; it's less adjustment on the eyes when you're finished using them. Definitely, 20x the distance & objects are crystal clear. Just received my pair, and it's basically common sense how to adjust them. For under $50.00 outstanding purchase. Remember, the Sunny Day staring could give you a little bit of a headache, therefore, don't stair at an object like a bird perched on a tree too long; move those puppies around. You never know when the SHTF, and your eyes are very important. Use them correctly and you have a nice tool for whatever it is you're using them for; (Bird Watching, Hunting Seasons, Race Track, Etc......). Hope this aids you in one purchaser's opinion. Enjoy!!!!
