Horrible Horrible product. We bought one kind of white top down, bottom up blinds for two windows. They were fabulous. We tried to order the same shades (we needed 4 more for a different room) but they didn't have the width we needed so we bought these for the same price. They are terrible. They don't hang straight. They are crooked all the time. Two weeks after hanging them, one of them broke. Now we have to PAY to ship them back if we want a refund!!!! Don't bother with these. Not worth it!! ... show more

We had problems from the day we installed them. The installation instructions were not clear, thankfully we have put other brand top down bottom up shades in other homes. The extremely disappointing part is that they do not go up or down easily, they do not hang evenly as one side is tighter than the other, it gets where it jams and we have to easy it up or down. Yes, these are inexpensive, and you get what you pay for, however, these have 4.5 stars and the location we were putting them in a place we only use a few months a year ~ sadly, they will not even make the few months we are here ... show more

These are fairly easy to put up. I purchased the largest size they have available in February 2022, and just realized today that they are on sale for $30 less. Definitely wait until they are on sale because I obviously paid too much.

I installed this a few weeks after receiving it. It broke almost immediately. I was unable to return it or even get a response from the seller. Would expect a replacement since such a short time, if not just ab apology. Very disappointed. Don’t recommend!!

Item was damage when we unbox, i was thinking to put it up anyways, but found the blind is very hard to take down the top. Pack it up and return it.

The window we bought this for is behind a tub and therefore we will rarely adjust the blind. Given our situation this blind is perfect. If you are looking for a window used more often I would spend the extra money for a sturdier blind. This blind was very difficult to get to look level. I’ve never had a blind where you screw on the knobs/handles used to adjust the blunds. Usually they snap on. But for the money and this window I would buy again ... show more
