I recently got a new puppy and finding the time to workout has become very hard. I like these cages because I quick pop on the bike for a fast workout or warm up and then switch to the rower or tread without wasting time changing shoes. I like them because they are sturdy, easy to mount and now everyone has access to the bike even without bike shoes.

Originally I bought the small plastic pedal converter which I sent back as they were too small under your feet and your feet sometimes moved and hit the side of the bike. The caged pedal works much better and keeps your feet in approx the right position with only an occasional hitting the side of the bike on one side where there is less space. I’m keeping these. Not perfect but pretty good.

Works as advertised and very easy to install. One hack to installation though is to adjust for shoe size before installing pedal on bike AND don’t take 3 front bolts all the way off, just loosen as instructed.

The media could not be loaded. These are great! I never knew I needed these but now I can't live without them! These are perfect if you have members in your house who ride but don't have clip in shoes (my kids are a perfect example) or if you like to do circuit type workouts where you'll be on the floor or treadmill and the bike often to where you don't want to continue to switch your shoes between sets. I love these pedals!
