Love this it is perfect! Exactly what it said and more. My grandson uses it to sleep on when we have company he adds a memory foam pad as he is spoiled and has a 14" memory foam bed so I got him a 4" memory foam pad and he says its almost to soft with it. He loves this. It is the size of twin bed. He is 5'6 and 145 lbs and has lots of room he said he has no back pain or nothing after sleeping on it. We can put it anywhere as it is so small when it is all together ❤️ it is a great value we love this. I can move it all by myself. I may buy a second one. ... show more

Ok so my dark gray ottoman/bed just arrived and I was so excited that I had to get on here to write my review! First the bad: I paid for “fast shipping” which was supposed to be delivered in 11/22. Got a message that it was not arriving until 11/27. Then to my surprise it was delivered on 11/23 instead so I was a happy camper! Second, the good: it arrived in one box! Not gonna lie was a bit heavy (58.3 lbs) so I had my husband bring it in. But if u live in an apt or have stairs u will prob need 2 ppl or a small dolly. It requires NO ASSEMBLY! Can I get a whoop whoop! In the box u will find the ottoman, instructions, a pillow and 4 rubber casters to stick on the base (if u want). As others have stated, color was as pictured, setup (take down) is easy, and seating is firm. I did purchase a 3” mattress topper (not shown) for added comfort for guests who will be using it overnight. All in all so far, I def recommend this product as a functional sleeping (or sitting) solution esp for a small or multipurpose space like I have (office/guestroom). Also the cost for me was a bonus as I caught a prime week sale so about $30 less! Anyway A+ so far so go get u one if needed! ... show more

When ottoman is in chair position the back legs holding it up tend to fold up unexpectedly. This cause my arm to get caught between chair and wall. I now have to lean the back piece up against the wall for a secure position There should be a lock for this safety feature

Very nice. Kids needed something to sit/watch tv on in the bonus room, and this has fit the bill perfectly. It's light weight, yet sturdy, many adjustments, and most importantly, it's comfortable. Kids love it. Considering getting a second one for overnight stays. Highly recommend.

I bought this mainly so I can stay on the first floor of my house after hip surgery. Be warned, the box is extremely heavy; I believe the incorrect weight is on the box, or perhaps I read it as pounds rather than kilograms. I opened it with care, as there is little to no extra packaging in the box. It arrives fully assembled, and comes with a handy sheet on how to adjust it! I’ve slept on it two nights, and yes! it’s very firm, but that is ideal for my preference. Height is also just right. My cats were cautious at first but now my favorite cat loves it, and finds plenty of cuddle space. Build quality seems excellent. I even wake up ready for the day, something I can’t say about my 25 year old quality Queen bed upstairs. Try for yourself! If you like a firm sleeping surface you’ll be in love. ... show more
