This bike is amazing. Bums me out to see the negative reviews on here. My bike came packaged great and not missing any parts. The unboxing experience was super straightforward and easy to get everything together. I was honestly very impressed by the quality of all the tools they included, and the video online that shows the assembly steps is very clear and very easy to follow. they included blinkers, headlight, rearview mirror, phone holder, and all the other accessories are great quality and a nice added bonus. The computer display is very bright and looks higher-quality than most bikes in this price range. The color of the beige bike is a bit of a powder, coat matte finish, which I think looks beautiful! The hydronic brakes are amazing and the inclusion of a 3A charger is awesome to see. Rare for this price point. The quality of all the components were honestly a step above what I was expecting in this price range. Very pleasantly surprised. But the real star of the show is how fast this bike is! The dual motor pick up is a night and day difference from any other E bike you’ve ridden. I did lots of research before buying this bike and having purchased it before there were any real reviews, it was a bit of a shot in the dark. But I’m really glad I took the gamble on this! And insanely fun bike! And duel motors are engaged, the pick up is incredibly fast and tons of fun! I just had to figure out how to unlock the bike when I first got it out of the box. When I first assembled the bike, the motors were capped at 15 miles an hour, but after an email to the company they helped me unlock the bike to the full 36 mile an hour top speed! For those of you that are trying to figure out how to unlock the bike first turn off the battery, then turn on the battery, followed by the power switch on the bike all while while holding the right brake for 15 seconds. That should unlock the bikes top speed. Also I need to mention that the customer service I’ve received in the process of ordering my bike and setting things up have been absolutely fantastic. All in all couldn’t be more happy with my purchase! For this price point, I don’t think there’s anything that’s in this ballpark. Very excited and happy with my purchase!

First off the bike is awesome. The duel motor mode is basically Ludacris mode on a tesla. The turn signals are a great feature as well as I've seen pretty much all amazon ebikes and its hard to find one with blinkers pre installed. It is a very heavy bike understandably, around 86 lbs. Frame is extremely solid with great welding. Hydraulic brakes are snappy quick. But you might need to adjust the front one a bit so it doesn't rub. Only issue I had was I didn't plug the front motor in all the way and i had to give it a little bit extra wire and then it connected just fine, moving a zip tie. The bag it comes with is surprisingly nice quality and perfect sized for a couple wrenches and a small pump, or whatever else you'd like available to you while riding. Secondly, the customer service is fantastic. Had a hard time finding them at first because their website is in progress and the email and phone didn't work, but I got connected with them via email and then to Facebook messenger where it's extremely easy to communicate with them. The guy I talked to stayed up all night just to help me figure a couple things out and to look at accessories. Thumb throttle or twist throttle is available through them. 5/5 customer service even being in China they were extremely available to me at all times of the day.

It’s a good value, good quality, decent performance, and power, easy to ride as easy to assemble. The problem comes where they advertise that it does 35 mph motor mode but it doesn’t. It doesn’t even crack 30! I’ve had it a week no way you get 30 miles in distance on straight electric and now it’s a pedal bike says error 02!!

Does everything it say, very well quality from components to durability(weld points are perfect). Dual motors have pulled me up some big hill without much struggle(I'm a 145lb rider). Topped it at 40mph coming down hill so it definitely will get you moving. Since use I've had 1 issue and contact customer service, they contacted me back fairly quickly and resolved my issue right away. After 120+ miles I can say this is a great purchase if your looking for a fun ebike. On con I can say is it is on the heavy side for a bike coming in at around 100 lbs.

It’s just throwing an air one code now and there’s 5 miles on it so we need to know if it needs a new motherboard because we’ve tried a little side things. It said unplugged power cord for 10 seconds plugged back in take the battery out put it back in, nothing working !??

So first off, if you’re thinking of getting an e-bike in general, this is the PERFECT bike to get. I’m new to e bikes and after doing a ton of research I settled on this one because of the price, and the dual motors. So far it’s the best thing I’ve had, I ride it to work most days and it’s been a blast. The bike came in less then a week and it took me around an hour to put everything together, charge the battery and hit the roads. It was really straight forward and honestly didn’t require a lot of effort. They include a set of open ended wrenches and Allen wrenches which was nice as it’s all you need to put the bike together and tighten the loose screws/assemble the bike . The battery on it has been great although I haven’t gotten the best chance to put it to good test. It’s fairly comfortable and the suspension is very nice, and the brakes are sharp. The duel motor mode is what sold me on this one and it is definitely worth the money, I have a lot of hills on my routes and it just tears them up like nothing. I can do a solid 30mph up a hill with no issues. It is definitely a great buy and with the power it has it’s truly a beast. Definitely love it!
