Should be a good product. The controller seems to be having issues. When I put the fan in drying mode, it will sometimes continue to run. For example, placed in drying mode at the end of the day on a Friday, came back in on Monday and the fan was still running full blast, even though no lights were lit up on the control board. It wouldn't respond to any button presses. Often times while the fan is running during the day, all of the control board lights will go out. When this happens, the pump shuts off, but the fan keeps running, so you loose the cooling effect. At this point, none of the buttons will respond. The only way to reset it is to unplug and plug back in. I called customer support number several times only to wait on hold for over 20min each time before giving up. I summitted a ticket a week ago on their website with no reply back. I did get a response through Amazon, but only telling me that they will get with me. For a nearly $5k unit to work like this is one thing, but the lack of help on a brand new product is unacceptable. I'd give the product 4-5 stars if it was operating as it should, but I give the customer service 0-1 stars so far. I really expected better from this company. ***UPDATE*** 8/20/24 After finally getting in touch with the right person, they have made a firmware update. So you connect the fan to WiFi, download the app on your android device, then do a firmware update and the problem is fixed. Can operate the fan remotely with the phone app now. So while not super impressed by the ability to get in touch with someone when you need help, they did ultimately fix the issue. Updating from 2 stars to 4 stars. The product itself is now 5 stars, customer support not being available is the reason for 4 stars. ... show more

    • Works well when it works!!
Fan doesn't stay working properly. Similar to the other review the control panel will shut off for no apparent reason. You have to unplug it for 30 seconds or so to get it working again. The fan stays running though? The plug also get's hot, asked out electrician about it and he said it must have to many amps running through it. For something that cost 5k to come with a performance and safety issue is a bad deal all around. They need to look at whatever they are doing during the manufacturing process to find whatever the problem is. Customer Service from the company is non existent. ... show more

    • Defective fan!!! poor customer service!
The fan shuts off all the time. I have requested a RMA number to return the fan because it is defective and they will not call or respond to me. This is completely unacceptable!!!!

The media could not be loaded. I do not recommend it, it is the second one I have received with a hole, look for another option and they are a problem to complain
