I've had the chair for about one week. 1. Initial thoughts, the headrest is not tall enough to be a headrest if you are taller than about 5' 9 inches. I don't recall seeing this in the description anywhere. I am 6' 2", and the head rest is solidly in the middle of my back, so it's not comfortable as I feel like I'm being pushed forward when I set in the chair. If you are tall, you likely know the feeling of having a headrest poking you in the back. 2. I've had the chair for about one week, and it's starting squeak when I lean back. Not a good sign for the long term reliability of this chair. As a side note, I am 6' 2" and about 207 pounds, so no where near the 600 pound weight capacity this chair is supposed to support. One the good side: 1. Assembly was easy and the instructions were clear 2. I love the casters, they roll easy 3. Seat fit and finish are fine out of the box. As it's PU leather, I don't expect it to hold up for more than a couple years, but it looks nice initially. Would I buy it again, not for a tall person, but maybe for someone who's average or less height.

Although the box looked like it had been opened, it turned out that every piece was there. The chair is easy to put together. The one thing to remember is, "Don't tighten the arm screws tight until you have the back in place and partially tightened". You can then tighten the arm screws on the chair. The chair, when assembled, is extremely comfortable and looks great. Not all things from China are made poorly.

The chair is a nice quality. I am a regular sized person and thought the weight rating just referred to how strong the chair would be--however, this char is rather large/oversized--which in hindsight makes sense for a "600lb" rating, though I am not big enough to fill out this chair. I'm 5'10 and if I'm seated all the way back in the chair my my feet are 2-3 inches off the ground. Easy to put together. Good chair, just buy the right size.

Just had the chair a few days. Too early to assess durability, though it does look solid and the faux-leather appears thick and probably resistant to wear and tear. The padding seem quite generous. The problems come with seating comfort. The back is shaped in an anatomically awkward manner that prevents one's back to lay straight up and forces to sit curved forward. In addition, the back of the chair, even when adjusted for maximum tilt, is far too straight, essentially with no reclining at all. Even more, in such setting the rocking function is practically absent. Overall, it promises many years of uncomfortable use. A little reclining slant to its back could have made it a great chair and a "no regrets" buy.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very comfortable and sturdy chair. The wheels glide easily and the back Support is strong. I feel like this will last for a long time. Glad I got it!
