For the record, I am reviewing: Mueller Ultratemp Bed Sheets Set, Super Soft 1800, 18-24 Inch Deep Pocket Sheets, Transfers Heat, Breathes Better, Hypoallergenic, Wrinkle, 6Pc, Light Gray Cal-King Put these on the bed and have used them for three nights now. My first impression was that they looked cheap. But they are very comfortable. I like the pocket they have at the head end of the bed on the sides. While I have not used it yet, I can foresee several uses for them. Great place to store a hankie, or some personal use items like condoms, or even a remote control. Ow and they give you 4 yes 4 pillow cases, which is great since I like to use two at a time and strip one off after a few days. My only complaint is that the material is quite thin. I am sure that after about 6 months of use these are going to start to show some serious wear and tear. Overall, for the price, the comfort, and the pocket, I say - Go for it. ... show more

I've been thinking for a long time, why don't they put pockets on the bottom sheet? I'm disabled and movement on the bed is extremely difficult. I use an adjustable bed because the different positions help alleviate the pain that is with me 24/7. But, of course, you raise the head of the bed and everything goes sliding down and off the bed and rolls underneath. I was thinking of ordering an over the door shiee pocket and then i saw this. No the remote for the bed, my phone and tablet have a secure place. No more accidently folding myself up in bed when I'm sleeping and accidently touch a button on my remote. It might need funny on television, but not when you are in the condition I'm in. So i am happy. The material is smooth and there was room left over for thicker mattresses other than my Purple one. The plus to this was two sets of pillowcases! I use a pool noodle at the head of my bed to keep things from going off the head and ending up behind and under the bed. Sort of like a bumper for a senior rather than one in a crib for a baby. So i encased the noodle in the extra set of pillowcases and it looks like it's supposed to be there. ... show more

I normally buy expensive, name brand, sheets. But with the deep pocket design I decided to try the Amazon basic bedding. It is an AMAZING value! Compared to my $200 sheets, I would choose these every time!!! They are soft and they wrinkle only a bit. But most importantly, they have deep pockets and do not constantly get pulled from under the bed!!! It's not very thick and the lip is not very deep (less than 0.25"). They advertise this for use under dog bowls, and for that it's probably OK for drips, but if your dog is a spiller, not very much water will be captured on top of this mat. ... show more

This set of sheets was more than I expected. Especially, the size of the pockets for the fitted sheet. I have tried several different types of sheets and this is the only one that fits my mattress and I don't have to use garters to hold them on the mattress. I haven't had to replace the sheets or reposition the sheets during the night or the next morning because the sheets have come off the mattress. I haven't taken the time to purchase any more, but I am and I will give the other sheets to someone that can use them. I don't want any other sheets than these. ... show more

These are the only sheets I will ever buy again! Not only are they comfortably long enough to fit the 2” pillow top mattress but the side pockets are a game changer! I never lose my remote or phone anymore, and the softness is amazing. They are exactly what they advertise and more (plus the ribbon detail ever so slight but gives it that extra sense of luxury). I bought these sheets because of their potential "cooling" factor. I washed and dried them and immediately put them on my bed. The set came with four pillowcases--three of the pillowcases and the sheets were wrinkle free but the fourth pillowcase was a wad of wrinkles. Instructions say not to iron so I put the pillowcase in my next washload, dried it and it came out the same way--a wad of wrinkles. Also, my lint filter was over full of lint from that one washing of the sheets so I'm interested in how they'll hold up. ... show more

According to everything I read, the tag that helps you position the fitted sheet correctly, is supposed to be on the bottom left. This tag was on the right. Had to reposition the sheet to fit the bed.

I ordered these sheets hoping they were cooling. Sadly, they're not. However, they are a soft, very thin, lightweight material so they don't seem to sleep hot. I just wonder how long these will last as our summer sheets. The pockets on the side are an odd feature. The elastic on the fitted sheet needs to be a lot tighter. The sheets tend to bunch under you as you sleep. Not sure I'd recommend these sheets. ... show more
