I was recently in need of a good office chair, since my old one was worn out. I went online to look for potential options and came across this one. I liked the color very much and it seemed to be very comfortable so I decided to give it a try. When it arrived, I was ecstatic to try it out since I was using a stool during that time. It was surprisingly easy to assemble, only took a few minutes with the help of my husband. I gave it a try and I have to say, it's definitely worth the price. The slight curve on the back and cushioning on where my head would lay made it a very comfortable experience while I worked from home. The material it is of very high quality, and seems to not scratch easily: no marks were left behind after my dog played around on it. It can also support 500lbs, my children and I sit on it at the same time and it supports our weights combined with no problem! Moving around on the wheels is smooth and doesn't cause a lot of noise on many surfaces. The height adjustment is also handy since my table isn't very tall, and the none adjustable chairs may cause me some issue. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and highly recommend it to those looking for a nice office chair!

The chair wasn’t terribly difficult to put together. It could help to have two people. Certain screws needed a little attention when attaching the arms. As the instructions state make sure you don’t over tighten in areas around the armrest until all the screws are securely in the holes. The chair itself was a little stiff at first but had broken in nicely and is very comfortable. May not be as comfortable for a person with less weight because it’s built to uphold more weight. It feels like good quality and I would recommend it.

This chair looks very nice and is very sturdy. The covering material seems to be moderately thick and tight. I chose the brown/burgundy color. It swivels very well a full 360 degrees. It has a very high back. I’m 5’ 10” and only about 2 inches of my head protrudes above the top of the chair. The most dominant feature of the chair is the width. It is big and broad. I’m not a small man weighing in at about 245 lbs and moderately girth, and I have between 3 and 4 inches between the chair handles and my own (love) handles. For the keister area, it is comfortable and sturdy. My work is stationary and I sit for about 8-9 hours per day. While this is not the most comfortable chair I’ve had, it is still very comfortable and sufficiently does the job. It has a lumbar pump for back support, but I don’t use it much, so I can’t say how good it is. I set it and forgot about it, so perhaps it is doing what I need after all. I only only have two complaints informing the chair. First, I wish it had more vertical lift. It sits a little lower than other chairs, but not too low. It does have lift to compensate, but not as much as I’d prefer. The second complaint and my primary one is the lack of tilt. Even after adjustment, the chair simply does not have a lot of tilt for those moments you just want to lean back and stretch. It’s fairly rigid, and while it does tilt some, it does not tilt much. I did replace the wheels with rubber chair casters (3”) which I do for all my chairs and that makes it roll across the floor extremely well.

Got this chair for little over a week now, very easy assembly took 15min putting it together, big very sturdy and comfortable Arm rests pieces are hard plastic but everything under seat supports are metals that make it very sturdy. The cushioning is very plush and comfortable for long periods of time. I’m 6 foot tall and The adjustable height is perfect for my long legs. The piston and overall product feels sturdy and dependable. Overall this is a great chair for larger people and the product price is great for the quality and comfort I received. Ps, wish they had brown color options personal think brown will make it good rich and expensive looking.

They spent an extra 5 cents to package a hex tool with a handle on it instead of a simple L key, and it couldn't make more of a difference. Well designed and very heavy product. Majority of the base is Steel. The arms which provide support for the back are cast resin (I think), so while not indestructible they are fairly strong. One armrest was damaged in transit or through casting error, the company sent me a replacement (and also a replacement for the arm that was not broken) very quickly, at no cost, and with few questions asked. I would say A++ will buy again but I do not suspect needing to replace this chair for quite a long time.
