This chair is a thing of beauty. It's huge, comfortable, easy to put together (although I might recommend a second person due to how bulky this is), wide seat space (perfect as I tend to sit cross legged on occasion). Base with wheels is made of solid metal which is a huge plus. Chair is heavy so hopefully heavy duty as well. I am nowhere near weight capacity but bought this in hopes of longetivity. There was a small mistake in instructions towards the end, which states to push the lever down to tilt and up to lock but it is the exact opposite, for me at least, (up allows tilt, down locks tilt) but that's hardly worth mentioning; 1st world problems. Sucker has a heavy duty spring on it too. Even with the tension maxed to negative, I can barely keep it tilted but not much of a problem, easier to get out of. Some specs (as product specs are slightly off): -Inside seat space (inbetween arms) is 22 inches (total seat is 24 inches as described but arms cut into it a small bit) -Inside seat space (front to back) is about 21 inches (sitting all the way back and straight up) -Max height while sitting is about 21 inches, minimum height is about 17 inches (from bottom of legs to floor on both). -Back height while sitting is about 28 inches (for reference, I am 5'6 and my head is almost level with the top while sitting straight up)

First the cons: its big and heavy, more than I thought it would be, but I wouldn't change it smaller, I like its size for how well it feels when in it. But do have help moving the huge box inside unless you are fit enough to move over 40 pounds in a box big enough it can hold a plus size person, or open and take piece by piece inside and the seat n back still have lots of weight by themselves. 2nd Con: there were some minor alignment issues. 1st being the left arm bottom seat holes being too close together so one of the screws seem strained and was very hard to screw in to get arm not to be wobbly...its only part I do worry the screw may one day snap due to the strain. That could be something that might need changing, more quality control to be sure holes are straight and in perfect distances. Another alignment issue is fact the tilt handle does basically nothing even after unscrewing the tension knob halfway or so, however your seat sits when first pushed down is about the tilt you get, mine is flat mostly, but I do get a sliding off the seat feeling especially when I first sit down and haven't been able to tilt it yet to change that, but having something to prop feet up on a bit helps to not have the feeling (also my plus size weight may of helped weigh the padding a bit as I sat in chair so the feeling goes away after a few minutes of sitting in it...when I get up the padding all bounces back). I decided to use the wheels that come with the chair first, before maybe one day switching to those fancy rubber rollerblade kind; and these original wheels hold the chair up with me in it so far (couple days of hours n hours use) and they roll really easily....especially on hard surface...have to be careful I don't fly back into the wall when trying to sit down...in future may get a area rug for chair to sit on so it won't fly away when I just sat down. The plus side: this chair is hands down more padded and comfortable then the over 14 year old computer chair from staples...especially now its padding is nonexistent. At this point almost any chair would be an improvement, but this chair is more comfortable than even my rocking recliner loveseat combo in the living room and seems like it has a more sturdy foam padding in it. Time will tell and I will update in future if things change. I was worried the padding for my plus size self might be too hard to be comfortable for my average sized hubby, but he too says it feels way better than the old chair and helps his lower arthritic back to not hurt when sitting in it....so its comfortable for all here :) in all I'm happy with this chair, I hope I don't have to move its location much though due to its large heavy size, rolling it does very easy, its the picking up to move around I wouldn't want to do (and in that case unscrewing the 4 screws that hold the back on, to move bottom seat wheels n handles separate from back will make that much easier). I'm also glad it did come with a few spare screws in case one breaks (though have no idea how I would clean out the other broken side so a new one would fit in). Guess the spares are good in case machines miscount number to be put in other sections.

I sit at the PC for pretty much all waking hours. I am a large guy at 300LBS. This is the first brand that did not lose cushion right away. I have used it constantly for months and I will keep buying them as long as they are available. Worth every penny. Stopped my tailbone pain. Rollers and base are lasting and strong. Superior to similar priced brands here.

Update: I have gotten in two replacements (the first one also failed). I've come to the conclusion that this chair needs to be on a flat surface (i.e. not carpet) as the carpet seems to all the wheels to bend in odd directions, which can make the problem worse. The chair is still very comfortable but be careful if you weight >300lbs. TL;DR Wheel socket broke after 4 months. Got a warranty replacement that didn't work. Made the chair unusable before I realized it wouldn't work. Now waiting on new warranty replacement. --- Less than 4 months after buying, one of the wheel sockets bent, causing rocking in any direction it's on. This has never happened on any office chair I've owned, including ones rated 50+ lbs below my weight. But I figure, no big deal, warranty replacement. They sent us just a star base, but a different one than the chair uses. The problem is that the central shaft is WELDED to the base, and thus can't be removed (we broke a mallet trying). So now I'm waiting to see if I can get a replacement for the full base, but given how uncommunicative the support team has been so far, I'm likely to end up buying a completely different chair. This is a real shame too, because before it broke, it was one of the most comfortable chairs that I've owned (despite the back taking up too much room on the seat). --- Update: Unfortunately unsurprisingly, they have sent us a second (useless) star base. This is despite telling me in the email "Maybe you need a new cylinder to assamble [sic] it with the new star base." This is after charging me $15 twice to get the warranty replacements shipped to me. I still have a broken chair. I don't know how to warn people away more.
