It's not a true safe - I think of it as a locking gun cabinet. Probably won't prevent theft but as a way to keep children away, it's just fine. Like the fingerprint reader for quick access if needed. The walls and shelves are bend , the screws don’t line up right . It’s not a easy 40 minute project. The gun cabinet DOES NOT hold 12-15 rifles. If you have scopes on they don’t fit in the cabinet correctly.
