So i live a mostly Sedentary life in front of my PC, which isnt that unique , but it, is when the office chairs i have owned before are standard sized and meant for maybe about 200lbs max weight limit, which i am very much over unfortunately , causing my thighs to have pain after hours of being pressed agaginst the arm rest support bars and discomfort in general. which brings me to the new chair , which says it supports upto 350lbs and it feels like it will, when the box came it was surprising heavy which made me excited ! the other one i had was very light and prone to rolling away and just not feeling sturdy at all. the seat is HUGE, it measured about 2 inches bigger on each dimension and i cant deffinitely tell, the arm supports are amazing, not only can they be moved foward and back but that can be raised ,tilted and even removed . thats big because if i was wider id want to remove em to not feel constrained. the back support is great, it comes with a lumbar and head pillow which do their jobs. in my case i use my own memory form cusions in their place but they were nice quality. ... show more

My old office chair was falling apart, so I started looking for a replacement. I settled on this because of the reviews and the features; I often work late in my home office and sometimes doze off, so the footrest (legrest, really; it's way too short to be a footrest) was an attraction. I just finished putting it together; it probably took me an hour or so. The instruction sheet had a QR code for an assembly video; it wasn't for this specific model (the one assembled didn't have a footrest), but it was close enough, and the printed instructions were sufficient for the footrest. Caution #1: when you take the little black rubber rings off the footrest bars, they can go flying away. I thought I had lost one for good, then saw the supplies included two more rings, which suggests this is a known issue. I did find the original one, eventually, about a yard away from where I had been assembling the chair. I found the assembly straightforward, if a bit tedious, until I was nearing the end and I had to attach the chair back to the angle adjusters. Unlike almost everything you've done up to this point, you go into this blind. The bolt sockets in the seat back are buried 1/2"-3/4" within the chair back itself, and you really can't see how your bolt (which is going through the angle adjuster into the side of the seat back) is lining up with the socket. Adding to the difficult is that, with this model at least, the chair back has to be about 1/4" to 1/2" above the seat itself. So you have to hold the chair back up while trying to blindly align the bolt with the hidden socket, all while the chair back keeps wanting to fall forward or backward, and the chair itself keeps wanting to rotate. Even laying the chair on its side doesn't help that much. Yeah, I got it done, but it took me 20 minutes just to get those four bolts in. A lesser challenge happened with attaching the plastic covers to the adjuster brackets on the side that has the seat control. You would expect the plastic to line up and snap onto the metal, and for the (small) bolt hole to be neatly aligned. You'd be wrong. There's just a bit of a machining mismatch between the plastic and the metal; you can snap the lower plastic cover onto the metal, but if you do, the bolt socket is mostly covered up. There was a similar issue with the upper plastic cover on that side. The plastic covers for the adjuster brackets on the other side went on and lined up much better. I like the firmness and support of the chair itself (which I'm sitting in as I type this), a significant improvement over my old office chair. The legrest really only works as a legrest if you have your chair mostly reclined; otherwise, the edge hits you at midcalf, and you're likely to cut off circulation. :-) The lumbar support pillow is just a freestanding pillow, not an adjustable one with straps as shown in the assembly video. The headrest pillow does have a strap and sits nicely. Am I glad I got it? Yep. Do I recommend it? Yes, so long as you know what you're getting into for the assembly. Frankly, I would take their suggestion to have someone else help you just to hold things still while you're trying to get bolts started, and don't be afraid to lay the chair on its side at times, even though the assembly video shows it upright through the process. I been wanting to get a gaming chair for a while now since I started playing more games on pc and this chair by far exceeded my expectations! It's very comfortable and big like described. It reclines and the cushions that come along with it make it even more comfortable . Took me about 30 mins to assemble, was fairly easy to do ! It's very strong and sturdy which is good because I'm a little overweight lol . This chair is being used as my personal gaming chair and my work chair. I love how comfortable the base is. It feels like a nice soft material that you sink into, The only difficult part was the installation that took me about 30-40 minutes to assemble, and there was a part where it didn’t fit right, but other than that it feels like a wonderful chair. I also love the pillow and headrest it comes with to add that extra level of support. Another cool perk is that you can put the chair all the way down and sleep with the footrest. I just got this chair today and was able to put it together by myself in under an hour. Plenty of packaging to ensure the chair shipped to me in working order. The instructions were clear, and have a QR code linked to a YouTube video for parts I needed more help understanding. I really like the wrench/screw driver combo the chair came with to assemble. Comfort wise I'm thrilled. The cushion is soft and has lots of cushion. The lumbar pillow is easily adjustable. I can sit crossed legged in this chair which I'm very excited about. Also the footstool hits in a great spot (ie I can reach it and it supports my legs nicely./ doesnt hit too early either) I like how the footstool folds and unfolds. First impressions are fantastic, if I remember to I'll update after I've had the chair for a while. ... show more
