I bought this because it was a decent price and has arms that adjust. It's also very cute (I got the pink one). It's extremely comfortable, and very sturdy. The padding is firm but still has give, and the back is quite high and offers great support. Overall, money well spent.

Arrived on time and everything was included. The chair was easy to put together, but like others say, it really helps to have another person to help you hold things in place. We had it together in about 30 min. As for comfort, it is comfortable and the support is there. my only complaint is as a bigger woman I feel like my butt doesn't match up with the back of the seat. Kind of like I'm sitting on the seam where bottom and top part meet. Doesn't really feel as if this chair was made for bigger people even if it is strong enough to support the weight. It's plenty wide. It will do for now, but I probably wouldn't buy again just because of that one factor. ... show more

Ordered this chair to replace my 20 year old office chair that was on it's last leg. The chair was shipped quickly and the packaging was very protective of the contents. Once I got it assembled and adjusted to having a chair at the proper height again I fell in love with the chair. It's just the right height, and the padding supports but has just enough give to let you sink into a conformable seating position. If you a bigger guy (or gal) like me the chair is roomy, solidly built, and comfortable. Pro Tip for anyone buying this chair, make sure to leave one arm rest loose when you attach the backrest, it's much easier than trying to wedge the backrest in-between the armrests when they are tightened down. I had to learn that lesson the hard way after a long day at work. On the customer service, I ran into to an issue when I was assembling the chair where one of the backrest screws wouldn't thread in all the way leading to the backrest being loose. I contacted the seller via the amazon contact tool with a description and picture of the issue, to my surprise less than 10 hours later I not only had a response but a resolution and a replacement was being shipped to me. The replacement arrived faster than the original order and I'm now enjoying my new chair. I will definitely recommend this chair to others, and with customer service like this you have no need to worry if you run into any issues. ... show more

I purchased this to replace my ancient mesh chair at my office. I was skeptical given the low price. But I wanted a light blue one with armrests I could lift away and there aren't many out there. This chair is very nicely made with dense foam, lift away arms and sits on a metal base. When you lift it, it stays lifted. I am not tall but I am heavy and for me it is very comfortable. Assembly was easy enough. Its bit awkward getting the back to meet the seat with one person. However, with a second person, this would be a breeze. The chair exactly matches the description and photo. I had to replace the back do to screw holes that were not bored for the longer screws but they instantly replaced it and didn't require me to mail back the broken one. I’m 5ft7 and 317 pounds- while this chair has little creaks SOMETIMES when I adjust I feel very secure and comfy while sitting in this chair while gaming! Not quite wide enough of a seat for me to cross my legs like I had hoped but it is super comfy nonetheless. The added flip up arms is super nice! Took me about 30-45 minutes to build on my own- highly recommend doing what another review said and leave the second arm for AFTER you’ve secure the back on. Makes it SO much easier I can’t have imagined trying to get the back inbetween both arm rests after they were secure. The pink shade is more of a dusty pink and not as light baby pink as the photo shows BUT still cute : ) ... show more

    • Not bad but would not repurchase
I bought 2 office chairs from Amazon, one for home and one for work (that brand is Youhauchair). This is my home option, as it was a bit cheaper and I work from there less, so I figured I’d be okay if the quality was somewhat less than stellar. That was a bad judgment call - I’m somewhat unhappy with this chair. It’s a good size and has decent back support, and a fairly well stuffed seat. I would say the plumpness of the seat is its best quality, followed by the curve of the seat back. It’s got adjustable seat height and tilts back, plus the arms fold up to slide under the desk and save space when not in use. It was easy enough to assemble and the casters are fine. I don’t really love it though, and as some people will understand it is already a struggle to get started on work when you’re at home if your chair or workstation isn’t something to be excited about. For a few dollars more, I should have just bought a second unit of the chair I got for work or something else entirely. I got the beige and I can’t say it’s a pretty addition to my space. The fabric is not really smooth which I disliked although it’s plush enough. Overall a bit underwhelmed. ... show more

Nice, solid chair. The material is super soft, and the arms fold up nicely to allow the chair to fully slide under the desk. I’ve only sat in it for 1 day, so we’ll see how it holds up after 9 hour days of constant sitting. So far I’m really loving the chair.
