I bought this office chair three months ago, because I need one when I WFH. I was attracted by its property dimensions, thick body and movable feature, so that I can take a snap when sitting on it. The delivery was on time. The box was heavy; I moved it up to our bedroom on the second floor with my partner. The package has all the components and installation tool. The installation is easy, but it is recommended that the installation guide should be carefully read first and then followed; otherwise, the chair may not be well balanced in the horizontal level when you sit there, and you have to loose and adjust some screws. The wheels were installed, so the chair can smoothly move on the carpet and doesn't get stuck. Some parts of the chair swell when they are filled with the adjustable amount of air; I like this because I feel comfortable and soft when sit on it for work or taking a snap. I use it for several months, and the chair is not worn out and discolored. Sometimes my kids sit on it and let me rotate the chair for fun. Generally speaking, I am satisfied with this item. If I move to somewhere else in the future, I will bring it with me.

I found this chair extremely easy to assemble, only took about 20 minutes by myself (and I say that as someone that is not super handy or good with tools). The quality is great and I love how big and wide it is. The only downside is that I do have to kind of "hop" into it, but that's because this chair is made for tall people and I am 5'3. You might be wondering why I bought this if I'm so short, but it's because I needed a chair that could support my weight and is made for large people (I'm 250 pounds), and unfortunately "big and short" chairs don't really exist. I don't let this affect the rating because I knew when I bought this there was a likelihood that the bottom cushion would be a bit long for me. I am just mentioning this for any other "big and short" people that are considering this chair. Even so, I think it's a great chair that's very comfortable. I've been able to game/sit at my PC for 3-6 hours at a time in this chair with no issues. Not 100% ideal if you're short like me, but I like it so much that I think it's worth the "hop" into it.

Nice looking office chair. I was able to assemble it by myself. It was well packaged. The color was described as beige but it’s definitely more ivory / cream color. The chair is very heavy and it came with two sets of wheels . Shorter versions and taller ones made in a soft material. The bottom cushion was comfortable at first but after a while the rear portion lost some of its comfort. The manufacturer could have made that area a bit thicker. Since it’s a bonded leather like material I hope it doesn’t start peeling like a previous chair I had after a year or so. Crossing my fingers this one will last a bit longer than the previous one. Actually this color was exactly what I was hoping for. I would recommend it .

I'm 6' 265lbs. This chair was like a cloud when I sat in it! The lumbar support was great. The headrest is perfect height for me. I put this together by myself in about 15 mins. If your not used to doing things with your hands and need to follow the directions it may take you 30. Everything li ed up perfectly. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone looking for a sturdy heavy duty chair. I will follow up if there are any issues with it but as of now I love it.

First it is well constructed and padded nicely BUT the lower back portion is far back and it feels like your head is being pushed forward so it caused my lower back to get really tight after about an hour of sitting. Second and the most frustrating part is I am trying to return it and the seller said ok, then I get the shipping label and go to drop it off to return it and they say that it is $195 to ship back because of the size. BEYOND FRUSTRATING UPDATE: The seller did end up crediting me 1/2 of my money back and said to keep the chair, still not the outcome that I want as I have a chair that I wont use but at least they were willing to try to meet me in the middle. They were quick to respond too so that is nice. UPDATE #2: the seller would not refund my money until I gave them a 5 Star rating - unacceptable

Super easy to assemble. Lots of cushion make it very comfortable. The reclining feature will put you right to sleep. The base and wheels are well built (metal and hard rubber, not plastic) The lumbar support is a nice feature when needed. FYI, for reference, I'm 6'1/300lbs and the height and width of this chair are perfect. I would definitely recommend this chair. You pay for what you get, and it is worth every penny. Only drawback, the arm rests are not adjustable. They also sent an extra set of "replacement" wheels but they are the common plastic ones.
