Had to get another, 2 early versions would not change channels. The new o e on another frequency. Need to know: will it remember another frequency once entered? Tough process with 4 going, live music stage 6/19/23 (I still need an answer). The new version would not charge after 3 months. Bietrun sent a new one in 3 days. I'll order more as a result of that courtesy. These are a must for me and my wife to have consistent vocals into the board while being able to enjoy our playing, not frozen to a mic stand. I do want to know if the new version remembers another channel setting. I'd have 5 if so. Other singers on the stage.. perfect for gigs and contract operators (fairs, conferences and such).

UPDATE: I reached out to Amazon first and then to the company to explain what had happened. They sent me a replacement set free of charge. The new headset mic seems sturdier than the previous one and it is working so far. I bought this headset mic for teaching aqua fitness in our gym's pool area because I didn't want to use my more expensive headset mic in such a damp/humid location. I only teach twice a week and returned the microphone to its original box every time. I had difficulty keeping the headpiece on in a proper place but when I was able to get everything positioned correctly, my class and I thought it sounded just fine. Unfortunately, I went to put it on last Wednesday and the little tab that lets you connect the mic to the headpiece had broken off at some point so I couldn't connect the pieces and had to hold the mic when I needed to explain a new move, which was pretty inconvenient. Unless I can figure a way to hook the two parts together without the tab, I'm left with a mic that's basically useless for my purposes.

I have order 4 of these mics. I haven't had them more than 6 months and three of them stop working. I didn't see a warranty offered with these mics, so what should I do? I love the way it works but they break to easy. Please advise Carol

This was a great purchase for the money. It works well with the PA system that we have. My wife teaches Bar classes, and the students can clearly hear her instruction with this little system. The wireless rechargeable features are also nice.

This product comes with the headband wire and the microphone as separate pieces necessitating the headband tab, which is extremely small and fragile, to be inserted and rotated (Turn-And-Lock) into a slot in the microphone housing to lock it in place. This tab broke right off the headband when assembling it. I'm not heavy-handed. I'm a lab technician and my tactility is pretty good. First off, why the mic and headband are made as separate pieces defies logic. Give the consumer something to go wrong and it will. Second, just looking at the fragile headband tab screams problem with continued durability. This is a 4+ star-rated device and that's why I spent the 30 bucks. Cheap enough, I'll take it as a lesson and seek another product that isn't under-engineered. The microphone and headband should have been integral. On a similar note, I previously order the same brand wireless headset with the 1/8th jack plug and, despite the instructions, it would not pair so I sent it back to later get the above-described one that broke. Not a brand I will return to. The 1-star rating I give it is because at least one star is required to post this review. It does not deserve any stars.
