The water connection to the bidet leaks despite how tight you screw it. But don't return it. A washer fixed the problem. This washer showed be included in the installation kit so you can finish the job without interruption.

I'm so glad I decided to buy myself this bidet! It's so amazingly convenient and makes you feel so much better after using the bathroom. It fits on my seat perfectly and doesn't make it bulky like I've seen from some others. Theres two settings but honestly I just use one side every time and adjust myself as needed. bought this for the dual nozzle. was easy to install and it looks sleek. BUT the water spray is too wide and gets everywhere. the front nozzle will wet your thighs and everything in between, not to mention the whole underside of the toliet seat gets soaked. you end up using way more tp to dry off. not the best bidet, not the worst. ... show more

Love this product but don't turn it on unless you're sitting on the toilet or have a towel over it or you'll get a shower. And for God's sake turn it on slowly unless you want to explain to a doctor why you need surgery to repair the injury in that area!

This bidet is very easy to install. I did have a leak because the washer that was included was too small. I went to Lowe’s and purchased a 7/8” washer and fixed the problem!
