First, let me start off by saying I think this is a great investment. While I was looking for something low profile it doesn’t seem like you can have a low cost bidet and have it be low profile. It’s a bit bulky so I put it in a private bath. I am a female and I also do many handy woman projects, I found this very easy to install and the directions lead you right through it. After hooking up the water line a left some dry toilet paper on the floor under the water line to make sure there was no leakage. I didn’t have one drop so it’s very important you screw it on tight and use the washer and products provided. If it’s leaking you probably didn’t install correctly. The pressure is very high on the first knob for your rear so you have to put it on very low to behind with and close your legs until you adjust. For the back knob, female parts, you turn the front on low then the back knob. Again close your legs. This cleans you really well and save tons on toilet paper. I also sent this to my moms and dad. I highly recommend it.
