    • Defective blanket
I bought two of these blankets and after one month they both stopped working. I call the Manufacturer and they told me it was a defective controller and they would send me a new controller. When I received I hooked up to the blanket and when I plugged it in it started to have a burning smell. Called the Manufacturer again and now they tell me the blanket is defective. Seems very coincidental that I buy two blankets and they are both defective, they said I could wait 10 day for a prepaid shipping tag, send it back and once they received they will mail me two new blankets. By that time it will be spring where I live and I won’t need a heated throw. Also, I won’t buy this brand again ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So on the positive side, it's cozy, has many heat levels, not just 4 like many others which is convenient and gives you much finer control of the heat. On the negative side, the plug is WAY too loose. It seems nice and firm at first, but it quickly loosens, and any movement or shifting will separate the connection and make the controller start blinking and turn off the heat. It is VERY annoying and for this reason I wouldn't purchase it again. But for the positive sides I had to give it a semi-decent rating. ... show more

This heated throw is from a trusted name brand but it looks as though it were used. Lint, small debris and piles littered the throw. It heats well so I kept the throw because I am always cold When I tried to use it in the Midwest temps, it didn’t work.
