I searched at length for the right leather car coat to replace my current coat. I was nervous that maybe I didn't select the right choice. My worries were replaced with pleasant relief. This coat is well made with excellent materials. The leathrr is soft and supple. I would recommend to everyone in a heartbeat. It is insulated enough that I am comfortable wearing this coat for weather down to the twenties. My old coat was zippered, but the buttons are working well. I was looking for a little class in my outerwear at a reasonable price, and that's just what I got.

I'm 6'2" in height - in dress shirts I need to get a 36" sleeve length, and in a jacket I'm a 42L. Regular sized jackets are always about an inch too short in the arm, or if I go up to a 46R to get the sleeve length right, it's too big in the chest /waist for me. Similarly, I find the usual pre-cut "Large" sizes too short in the arm, and "XL" generally too loose in the chest/waist. This jacket comes in "Large-Tall" instead of just the XL+ sizes as "Big and Tall", which fits me perfectly!

Nice attractive style and very impressive in person. Extremely soft leather! Lightweight enough to wear year-round in moderate temperatures. Very pleased with my purchase. Please note that this coat seems to run on the oversized side. Thus, I normally wear a large, but I ordered a medium and it was a perfect fit.

It seemed like I had just placed my order and it was on the front porch. Really quick and very well packed. The coat is a "little" lighter than I expected for a coat, but good enough. The fit is great; the shoulders and even the sleeves plus cuffs. I put on a very large and heavy hooded sweat shirt underneath of it and it was roomy enough, but also is OK with a T. I plan on wearing this a lot from fall through spring when it's cooler. I usually put on a wool sweater under this coat and I don't get cold and I really love the top button when the wind blows and the cold bear is out.

I've had this coat for 3.5 years and it has given up the ghost. The pocket ripped out of it when getting out of my truck today. The leather surface is starting to get a bit faded/rough and the buttons are barely holding on so it's time for a new one. Yes, it's somewhat fragile but I've been wearing these styles of coats all my life and have never found any that AREN'T fragile. If you want a nice soft lambskin coat it's just not going to hold up, the leather is soft after all and that's why you bought it in the first place! Having said all of that, the comfort, looks and relative durability for the price can't be beat so I am purchasing another one.

I would not have bothered to write a review, but the company sent an email so this may help the next customer. The coat is super smooth and soft and fits like a dream, but the back was covered with a very light white film or dust or something. I tried washing it off and spraying some leather cleaner, but it remains slightly discolored. I bought this as a work coat so I'm not overly worried or actually complaining. However, I if I wanted to wear this jacket to the movies or out on a date, I probably would have gone through the trouble of returning it. So unless they improve quality control, I would not recommend this jacket or any product from this company.
